Cash on delivery service allows you to send the goods by entrusting the collection of the agreed amount to Cargobus. Cash on delivery service gives the buyer, ie the recipient, the opportunity to pay for the goods in part or in full only upon delivery of the consignment. Cash on delivery service enables the seller, ie the sender, to reduce the credit risk, because, upon delivery of the goods, the goods will not be handed over until the buyer, ie the recipient, of the goods has paid the courier for the goods.

Sending a parcel abroad is safe and affordable. We forward shipments from small parcels to pallets. Parcel delivery to the largest destinations in Europe and Russia takes 1–7 working days.

Shipments are stored in Cargobus terminals for up to 30 days, of which the first 7 days are free, then a storage fee of €1.00 per day is applied. We store perishable goods in terminals for up to 3 days. The departure terminal issues the returned parcel after compensating the transport and storage fee. We also offer luggage storage service on the basis of a similar PRICE LIST!

The packaging is very important and must protect the shipment in such a way that its contents do not move, do not protrude from the packaging, and cannot be damaged by crushing and handling during transport. If necessary, you can pack your belongings in Cargobus terminals yourself or let us do it. We offer a wide range of different packaging materials to ensure the best protection for your shipment.

Is the shipment too heavy or oversized? If needed, Cargobus can safely transport your parcel from the car to the terminal or from the terminal to the car.

Items found on Lux Express buses and bus stations in major Estonian cities are brought to Cargobus terminals all over Estonia. The found items are stored in terminals for 7 days. After that, things will be sent to the Tallinn terminal. According to the TERMS OF SERVICE, we store things for 30 days. After that, we will forward the things to the Estonian Police.

From July 1, 2020, bus tickets can be purchased from Cargobus terminals. All Cargobus terminals across Estonia also have luggage hold, where you can conveniently store your travel bags if necessary.
