SHIPMENT PACKAGING
Do you want your shipment to arrive safe and on time? For this, the shipment must be packaged and addressed correctly.
✓ Choose the packaging material considering the size, shape and characteristics of the item.
✓ For packaging, use a cardboard box, corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap, wrapping film, or a security envelope.
✓ The packaging must be well thought out and strong to protect the shipment’s contents throughout the transport chain.
✓ The packaging must have sufficient space for the sender’s and recipient’s information to be written or labelled.
✓ For packages being reused, the old packaging labels, bar codes, special handling labels, and other information not related to the transport of a specific shipment must be removed or covered over.

SHIPMENT DIMENSIONS AND CONTENTS PACKAGING
✓ The minimum dimensions of the parcel can be 1 cm x 10 cm x 15 cm (height x width x length).
✓ The packaging must not be too small or large for the item.
✓ The item must be fixed with filling materials.
✓ The item must not protrude from the packaging.
SHIPMENT ADDRESSING
Marking of the pre-registered shipment on the website:
✓ Go to the page SEND A PARCEL and fill in the required fields. See more HOW TO SEND?
✓ If the payment has been made successfully, it will be possible to print out the parcel label.
✓ Attach the parcel label visibly to the shipment and deliver it to the Cargobus TERMINAL or hand it over to the courier.
✓ When attaching the parcel label, ensure there is only one barcode/QR code on the parcel, which must be legible.
✓ The parcel label must not be wrinkled, distorted, or attached over the edge or at the joints of the packaging.
✓ If you cannot print, write the following information on the shipment manually and in legible handwriting:
→ Sender’s and recipient’s full names or names of legal entities.
→ Sender’s and recipient’s phone numbers.
→ Sender’s e-mail address.
→ Exact address or terminal of departure and destination.
Marking of the shipment delivered at Cargobus terminal or courier:
→ Sender’s and recipient’s full names or names of legal entities.
→ Sender’s and recipient’s phone numbers.
→ Sender’s e-mail address.
→ Accurate address or terminal of departure and destination.
NB!
✓ To mark the shipment, use Latin letters and Arabic numbers.
✓ On international shipment, write the address in the letters and numbers used in the destination country.
✓ On international shipment, write the name of the country of destination in English.
EASY SHIPMENT REGISTRATION FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
✓ It is most convenient to register the shipment in Cargobus SELF-SERVICE, where you can get the shipment number to write on the package.
✓ In SELF-SERVICE, you can print a proper parcel label for marking and attaching to the package.
✓ When attaching the parcel label, ensure there is only one barcode/QR code on the parcel, which must be legible.
✓ The parcel label must not be wrinkled, distorted, or attached over the edge or at the joints of the packaging.
